Alegre, southern and intoxicating, this apartment stands out for its thoughtful decor down to the last detail and the splendid terrace, from which to admire the emblematic Church of the Saviour and the tower of the ancient Mosque. The contrast and harmony between contemporary contemporaries and preserved elements provide magical time travel. Live from the inside the legacy of the city with all the modern amenities. The entrance to the kitchen, new and modern, then opens to the large living room with two large doors windows to the outside, and then to the bedroom with bathroom inside, with shower. The building is two floors (with an apartment in each), plus the communal terrace with wonderful views of the Church of the Savior. The building and the apartment have been recently restored respecting the original elements. The apartment has been designed and equipped so that you can live in it as if it were your home in Seville: * High speed WiFi * Air conditioning hot/hot * Hair dryer * Flat screen TV * Full kitchen (kitchenware, microwave, ceramic hob , refrigerator, freezer) * Nespresso machine * Toaster * Electric kettle * Orange juicer * Dish rack, iron and ironing board. * Hangers in closets. * Shampoo and Shower gel. You will find a corner dedicated to bookcrossing. Here you can take the book that interests you the most and leave one that you have read and that you want to share with other travelers. Literally next to the Church of El Salvador and a few minutes from the Santa Cruz neighborhood, it allows you to forget about the car. With the Cathedral on one side and the Plaza Encarnación Market (Metropol Parasol) on the other, it is an area characterized by masterfully connecting the old and the contemporary, offering one of the most charismatic corners of the city. Excellent location without having to travel or use public or private transport, you will always be close to everything. From the apartment you can walk in a few minutes anywhere in the historic or commercial center, or even rent bicycles. In the heart of Seville's social and cultural offering! Designer Flat on Plaza with Tapas Bars

Our flat has a vibrant, artistic vibe and is located in small building, designed by the famous Sevilla architect Anibel Gonzalez. The building has been renovated to provide modern conveniences like a lift, air conditioning & heating and Wi-Fi. It is one of four apartments in this emblematic building. We love that it is part of the city's rich history! We especially admire its balcony and views onto the plaza, high ceilings, arched windows and beautiful facade. We also like how it is quiet but in a lively neighborhood. A simple three story building with a elevator. There is a wonderful cafe downstairs that we believe has the best breakfast in town. They have great Italian coffee and they make their own breads and cakes. Fabulous extra virgin olive oil too! For afternoon relaxing have some wine and cheese at the low key authentic bar next door. Pepe and I think of each guest as if you were family. We believe that the point of Airbnb is to feel connected to the people of the place you are exploring and to have extra assistance in getting to know the place you are visiting. However, we also respect that each guest is different and some prefer privacy while others may like a bit of company. The apartment is in the historic center of Seville, with several markets within a minute's walk. Find tapas galore in the nearby square or join the local folk at the Vizcaino Bar for vermouth and mussels. Main tourist sights are a short and enjoyable walk away. We recommend walking or renting a bike but there are buses (C5) and taxis close to the house. We are always happy to call you a taxi at anytime of the day. We also recommend that guests download MyTaxi, Cabify or the Uber App while in Seville. There is a flea market that has taken place every Thursday since the 13th century right at the foot of our apartment. Pretty cool to see. The family that owned the building prior to its renovation were known for the books their sold on Thursdays. We feel like it's Christmas when we wake up in the apartment and see everyone set up outside. The flat is in the historic center of Seville, with several markets within a minute's walk. This cosy apartment has the best location to visit Seville. It is a second floor with no lift and divided in different floors having living room, kitchen, 2 rooms with comfy beds, 2 bathrooms and 2 terraces. It's just 5 min walking from the main monuments, shops, restaurants and city attractions. The building has 2 apartments and the 2 communal terraces with stunning views of the cathedral are shared. Fresh apartment with fully equipped kitchen, 80m2. Two bathrooms with showers. Lovely terrace facing south, 20m2, with marquis and gas grill. A 6 min walk to the beach and 400m to the first tee of Alto Golf. A new comfortable bed incl a wall bed in the lounge with a 21cm thick mattress.
