Mediterranean charm meets modern comfort: AC, TV, fully equipped kitchen, laundry facilities, and a spacious terrace. All essentials provided: linens, coffee, books, and games!

The apartment, classified and starred, completely new, on the second floor of our villa, just 10 meters from the first waves, benefits from a large terrace overlooking the sea. It measures 35 m2 and the private terrace 25 m2. Restaurants and Braudel Park are nearby. It is the perfect place for relaxing vacations or sports, with many opportunities for water activities and hiking or mountain biking. It's the perfect place for a couple's holiday or a vacation with children.
