Welcome to River Hills Farm in beautiful Augusta, Ky. Sunsets are amazing and mornings are entertaining watching our horses and dog play. You'll have the entire house with full kitchen, living room with smart TV, 2 bedrooms, one downstairs and one upstairs, queen size beds, one orthopedic and one sealy double pillow top, bathroom with shower, washer and dryer, mudroom and plenty of closet space. Looking for peaceful and relaxing private cottage that accommodates 4 (formerly the summer kitchen to the estate back in 1855) The private bedroom offers a King Bed while the living area offers a single daybed with a pullout trundle bed. The cottage sits on a quiet 10 acre setting next to the main house. Just a short 10 min. drive to Augusta. No loud motorcycles or late night music. Guests can shop in the "Silver Rabbit" gift shop (former horse stable) for unique items.
