Ce logement familial est situé au 2ème et dernier étage d’une petite résidence au calme. Sa localisation en hypercentre permet de poser la voiture dans le parking et de ne se déplacer qu’à pied. Le port est à 200 m et la plage à 500m. Au rdc : grande pièce de vie avec canapé-lit, cuisine, salle de bain et WC séparé. A l’étage : salle d’eau et 1 chambre avec lit double et une avec 2 lits simples +canapé lit + lit bébé. Possibilité de ne louer que pour 4 (cf autre annonce)
