Nice appartment in La Rochelle, city center.

New appartment in La Rochelle city-center, neighborhood " St-Nicolas", close to the port and all city commodities ( transportation, restaurants, tourist info center ) The appartment has all amenities, very clean, quiet and highlighted, elevators and private and secured parking spot. One living-room, with TV and sofa-bed ( 1 space ) plus one baby bed. One bedroom with 1 double-bed, one private bathroom. All furniture is new, kitchen has all electronics, plus one laundry machine included.

Flat with 1 bedroom, for 4 persons max., renoved in 2016/2017 with a wonderfull view on the sea and the old harbour. The flat is located on the 1st floor and is composed of: - Living room (with a convertible sofa, TV...) ; - Balcony (rare on the old harbour) ; - Equipped kitchen ; - Shower room ; - WC ; - Calm bedroom (double bed) without overlooked with a view on a courtyard (with a bike shed). Beautiful quiet house in the hypercentre, modern and authentic, where young and old will find their happiness (table football, trampoline, table tennis...). This is our family home, where we meet occasionally with family and friends. We designed it as if we lived there full time: a quality bedding, a latest generation kitchen, a large garden with terrace where you can choose between lazing on the sunbeds and the activities available.
