The house is a Modern mansion in a classic building of 1926 on the stunning estate Sancta Maria Noordwijk in the middle of the Dutch dunes. Connected to Zandvoort circuit.The house has high ceilings, is light and spacial with an open floor plan connecting spaces. It has a front terras in the sun for having breakfast and lunch and a back garden with dining table and lounge sofa and fireplace for a nice cosy evening. Noordwijk is at the beach and is a gorgeous health resort in the midel of nature.

Op het park bevindt zich een Grand Café, een speeltuintje en er is een verwarmd buitenzwembad In de directe omgeving bos, heide , natuurgebied, volop fietsroutes. This detached house is located in Bungalowpark de Wielen with a shared pool and a playground. Our house has about 85m² living space and a 450m² garden around it. It is fully equipped with anything you might need. On the ground floor you will find a bathroom with a shower, a newly renovated kitchen with refrigerator, dishwasher, and oven, the dining area for up to 6 persons and the cozy living room area with a TV and a fireplace. On the top floor are the 3 bedrooms and an extra WC.

The house is 120m2 and has a lovely front garden facing south, in short, sun all day! Located in a friendly neighborhood, ideal for families and larger groups. From the house you can walk to the beach (500 m) in 5 min. It is not allowed to smoke and /or use drugs in the house or in the garden.

Elegant Family Home Greater Amsterdam Area

Elegant, characteristic, spacious, light, house with a luxurious touch. Located close to Amsterdam and Utrecht, the hey, the forest, and the lakes with all amenities, bars and restaurants at walking distance. We added this year a gardenroom to the house and renovated our back garden. Besides that we added a new bathroom at the second floor. The house is perfectly equiped for families up to 5 persons.
