Directly at the house is a swimming possibility or on the sandy beaches on the Elbe within walking distance. There is a very good public transport connection to Hamburg, Lüneburg and Lübeck. Boat trips are also offered. Restaurants, shops, and doctors are in town. Whether cyclists, anglers or sunbathers in this place there is something for everyone. The house is located in the Rieste district of the unified municipality of Bienenbüttel, right on the edge of a field. Beautiful paths for walking or cycling are right on the doorstep. All facilities for daily needs are available in the centre of Bienenbüttel. The railway station (Hanover - Hamburg line) is also located there. The living rooms and bedrooms were freshly renovated in 2021 and the house was furnished as a holiday home. Since 2025 the house has a sauna area in the outbuilding.
