NIKA Loft is a stylishly furnished 70 sqm attic apartment in the Rosenheim city center. During the core renovation 5 years ago, practically everything was renewed, except the old roof construction which gives the apartment a lot of charm and warmth. The advantages of the apartment are the quiet location with simultaneous center and train station proximity (10 min. walk), the spacious living room, 1 private parking space + public parking in front of the door and the proximity to nature with the Landesgartenschaugelände.

In addition to beautiful hiking opportunities, Fischbachau offers a warm outdoor swimming pool, tennis courts and mini golf course as well as the pilgrimage chapel Birkenstein. From here you can go hiking and biking straight away. The bike path is 1 minute away, the swimming pool is 5 min walking distance

Our with love, newly renovated apartment, is idyllically located in the small settlement Wachlehen about 3 km from the city of Miesbach. It is located on the ground floor with a fully equipped kitchen, an open living and dining area with access to the west terrace. The two bedrooms have a box spring bed. Ideal for a Kl. Family or 2 friends. To get to the 2nd bedroom you have to go through the bathroom. Not really bad, but I would like to point it out.

The closed apartment has a separate bedroom for 2 people with a solid wood bed 160x200cm made of oiled oak one of the best mattresses that Stiftung Warentest has ever tested! To get in the mood for our area, there is a regional beer in the fridge for every adult. No cooking oil available. Garden furniture is available in the courtyard.

Our cozy, individually furnished accommodation is a private residential unit upstairs with private bathroom - shower/toilet of a single kitchen and small silent fridge, which is only used by our guests. Opposite the small kitchen, there is a third sleeping option in a niche. A covered seating area will be at your disposal on the east side. The small, non-haired Biewer Yorkshire Pino from the neighboring house likes to visit us daily.

Hello dear travelers, we live here in the middle of the forest, the lake is a few meters from the front door and in the heart of Bavaria ! We live simply but beautifully and enjoy every day the feeling of being allowed to live in a very special place. However, a car/bicycle is an advantage here, since we are not connected to the public transport network, the nearest bus stop is 2 km away.
