House with first quality finishes in all spaces, lounge carefully worked with modernist tiles made by Gaudí, kitchen Bulthaup, upstairs suite with rustic natural oak wood flooring, sleeping area with king-size bed, bathroom with original ceiling… It is a vintage house completely renovated with lots of light all day and with a large garden of 350 m2 to enjoy the relaxing area in the middle of the trees. Very close to the train station and only 15 minutes from Barcelona both by car and by train.

Barcelona's center is only 20 min by train, trains every 6/10 mins, 1,2 euro ticket trip, the train station is 3 min by car, free parking at station and house. Nice independent apartment with two bedrooms, located 10 minutes from Barcelona (Sarría) and 5 minutes from Sant Cugat, in the Natural Park of Collserola. Well connected by metro and bus. Note: Our place is not suitable for infants under 2 years old. It's a 10 to 15-minute walk to La Floresta station. We have 2 bedrooms with double beds: one 140 cm wide and one 160 cm wide. Sleeping arrangements depend on the group's comfort with sharing beds.
