We set a security deposit to prevent people who do not follow the house rules intentionally (mainly indoor smoking). If you can respect the rules, you will not have to worry about any fees. We welcome all the visitors who respect the house rules. The reason we set up the guarantee deposit is for avoiding few visitors who don't respect the rules, ex. smoking in the apartment.
