Adorable one bedroom legal spacious basement suite

Separate entrance, outside security camera over garage & our front door, no cameras inside, free parking in]driveway along the right side of house, Wifi, Netflix, Prime and regular Tv. Washer and dryer with cleaning supplies. older elliptical and infrared sauna, and futon. Two TVs, one in living room and one in sauna room.. Bathroom has supplies too. Kitchen with all appliances including dishwasher and microwave. Has a bar top table and stools. A living room area with TV. Home away from home.

Kick back and relax in this calm, spacious Basement Suite. This location is a small 8 minute walk to the Hospital. Nearby is are two parks within walking distance with one of them having fields for Baseball and if Baseball isn't your sport then you can check out the Golf Course directly north of the AirBnB just 2 minutes away by car. Location is on the quieter side of town and has little traffic throughout the day.
