Air-conditioned and renovated apartment on the 1st and top floor better than a ground floor ,with spacious mezzanine,well located , close to the beach and shops, quiet not overlooked with private parking,fully equipped in new ( TV,oven, microwave ,fridge + freezer,tassimo, kettle,coffee maker, washing machine, vacuum cleaner .) Beautiful terrace with awning ,max 4 people , one bedroom for 2 people and a large mezzanine for 2 people with velux and its awning . (also bed + baby chair), pleasant unobstructed view.

In the heart of the Village of La Palme located between Leucate and Gruissan, in a very quiet little cul-de-sac, located 3km from the beaches and sliding spots of La Franqui, Port-Leucate & Barcarès. Our house is composed of 4 independent bedrooms with bathroom in each bedroom. The living room and kitchen are very well equipped with TV, wood stove, hifi chain, WiFi. There is no garden or terrace but it is a nice house to spend holidays with family or friends.

My place is perfect for couples, solo travelers, families (with kids), and four-legged companions. The pool , hot tub are unavailable, a prefectural decree does not allow its use. Eastern Pyrenees are on heightened drought alert
