Very well located on the top of Vars les Claux, near the slopes, children's games, tobogganing. On the second floor without elevator access. Underfloor heating plus electrical convectors. Two bathrooms, one with bathtub. Location in collective parking at the back of the building. Accommodation in duplex,very quiet. New and quality bedding. Rented without sheets or towels.(option to rent on site if necessary). 160/200 double beds, 90/190 single beds Very nice redone in 2020

Valberg being our heart station, we, young parents of 2 children, bought this apartment to make our daughters discover the pleasure of the mountains with nature sports in summer and skiing and sledding in winter. Lucky to have a foot on the ground in this resort with family and ecological values, we make it available in the hope of making many families dream as well. This apartment has been fully renovated in 2019 and is regularly improved for maximum comfort.

Welcome to our studio located in the municipality of Superdevoluy in the Bois d 'Aurouze building. It is located on the 4th floor. It is facing southwest; with magnificent views of the Dévoluy massif and not overlooked. By taking the elevator you will arrive directly at the snow floor "skis on foot".
