Quaint Batavia Coach House

I am creating an airbnb account for my two lovely parents, who are empty nesters for the first time in thirty-two years. We, myself and my five siblings, were blessed to be raised in the quaint city of Batavia, IL, which boasts river paths, close proximity to a train station that will take you into Chicago, and historic neighborhoods such as our own. Our property consists of two homes, our own and a coach house, which we would love for you to stay in! Both are situated on a family-friendly old-fashioned alley with mature maple trees. Welcome to our Quaint, Freshly Updated, approx 600 sq ft., 2nd Floor unit in Historic downtown Geneva. This is the perfect place to come back to after a day of activities. The apartment offers a shared front screened porch and backyard, 4 blocks from Geneva Train Station to Chicago and steps from the bars, restaurants, and shops on both 3rd St and Rt 38. Bring a bicycle or walk to the River Bike Path that takes you into St. Charles or Batavia. Wifi and Cable included. Amazing Location!!!

Enjoy our cozy and peaceful Coach-house , private entrance with everything you need for a wonderful stay. Newly renovated and updated throughout. Queen bed with mattress topper, studio area includes Smart TV, water station, Keurig coffee machine and quick-set lock. Even though you are less than a mile from downtown St. Charles and 4 miles to the Geneva train station you have a private area. You may see deer out your window overlooking the pool and tennis. Not suitable for children or pets.

“St Geneva” River View-7 minutes to the QCenter

Welcome to "St. Geneva"! I call it that because of the home's ideal location between 2 gorgeous and quaint towns-St. Charles and Geneva. Between the two towns there's plenty of shopping and night life to be had. The home is located along The Fox River. Just cross the two way street to access miles of biking/walking trails. Feel free to trolley my 2 kayaks over to the launch just a couple blocks away. Walk to the farmer’s market for fresh food to prepare in the fully equipped kitchen.
