Mornington Peninsula Paradise - Self-contained cottage.

Our cottage was originally transferred from the Melbourne Botanical gardens. It is studio style with a seperate shower & toilet room. It has a queen bed and we supply all linen. It has a kitchenette with a fridge, electric stove & microwave & all needed appliances, crockery and cutlery. We provide basic breakfast items. The dining area has a table & chairs a TV. There is good wifi. From your private deck you overlook a spacious bush garden with the Sweetwater Creek flowing at the bottom.

This lovely studio is attached to our property yet is totally private with its own entrance and parking. Lovely Corner Pantry Cafe is a 5 mins walk, shops a short drive. The space is very clean, quiet and well appointed with a mini kitchen, smart tv, free Wifi, flame effect heater, covered deck with webber bbq and a private area to sit outside under the trees. Continental breakfast provided (in fridge) for your FIRST morning only. Key lock safe on entry. Linen and towels provided. Enjoy!

Tranquil retreat and apartment in Mount Eliza.

Our place is close to public transport, parks, and art and culture and beaches. You’ll love our place because of the tranquility, the garden, the level of comfort. We try in many ways to live as sustainably as possible. We grow some of our food and have recently added bees to our efforts to pollinate our fruit and vegetables. What the dog doesn't eat and the chickens do not devour goes into the compost centre and back on to the garden.
