Downstairs, there are two double bedrooms, with queen beds and a smaller bedroom with a double bed. A modern kitchen, dinning and lounge with ranch sliders onto the deck. A separate shower, toilet, hand basin/vanity and laundry. Lovely decks, outdoor furniture, BBQ and large pizza oven/outdoor fireplace. Fenced x 3 sides.

Wifi available. Enjoy our newly renovated one bedroom apartment overlooking the lake, town & Mount Tauhara. Whether its a romantic weekend for two or a base for your adrenalin packed holiday around the central plateau, you will find our cosy cottage an ideal base. Please note,great views also mean a bit of a climb. We have 33 steps up to our door. If you have mobility needs please check the photos before booking. This apartment block was built in 1976, so does look old and tired on the outside.

Location!!Location!!Location!! Our house has extensive, close stunning lake views,only 8 minutes (7 kms) drive into Taupo town. A car is necessary as we’re NOT in town!Clean, comfortable, private, peaceful 3 bedroom house surrounded by trees & bush and not in busy suburbia. Sleeps 4 unless a request for 5 is made which involves an extra charge. Just across the road from the lake and 2 Bays. New ensuite bathroom and heat pump/air conditioner and new 55” Sony TV. We’ve had many return guests.

The property is lake front with its own jetty. It is tastefully fitted out and is very clean and tidy. It has a huge deck which has lots of options of spaces to relax including a spa. Viewing the night sky from the spa at is highly recommended. The beds and bedding are very comfortable. The kitchen is very well equipped. There is a huge garden and a path meandering down to the jetty where you can keep your boat during your stay.
