My Happy Place!

Comfortable, homey, relaxing, Florida vacation home. It's on a canal where you can bring your boat. We have a 20 foot floating dock. Fishing and swimming off the dock are a great pass time. A five minute ride by boat, to the beautiful Gulf of Mexico. We have two old canoes for you to check out the canals, the island and sand bar just past the main canal. Close to all stores, places to eat, and many county and state parks. At night relax on the porch and watch the fish swim.

Relax in this cozy 2-bedrooms/1.5-bathrooms house. Each bedroom has a TV and A/C unit. Another A/C unit is located in the living room. One bedroom has a Queen bed and a designated working area. The other bedroom has two Twin beds. Watch your favorite movies in the living room or have some drinks in the screened back porch overlooking the nice fenced backyard. A fully stocked kitchen and a grill will make you feel at home. Dogs are welcome, but read the rules before booking.

UVlite sanitized guest suite w/private entrance.

Our 300 square foot guest suite is good for couples and solo adventurers. It offers many amenities for a small space. Step outside to enjoy the patio, pool and gazebo! Great location for those wanting to experience Florida's nature coast, but still be close enough to everything the Tampa Bay area has to offer at a reasonable price. For the safety of our guests, in addition to extensive cleaning and disinfection I am also using a UV/ozone sanitizing light before guests arrive.

Come enjoy this quiet, spacious, elegant and comfortable space. Completely private with separate entrance to home with pleasant outside area for entertainment with table and gazebo. One queen bed and tiny office for work, private living room, two Tvs one 50” and other is 32” free netflix, coffee bar, complimentary cream, coffee, sugar, snacks and water. Microwave and under the counter refrigerator. An ideal space for vacation, work or just to relax.
