Villa du Marmot is located on the first heights of the village of Plancherine halfway between the top of the pass of Tamié and the town of Albertville (less than 7 minutes by car). The villa is a furnished tourist property classified 4 stars 67 m². It offers a living room with an equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms with bathrooms, laundry room and 2 toilets. You will enjoy its views of the surrounding mountains from the house as well as from the private outdoor Jacuzzi. The grounds are full fenced.

Endroit calme avec de nombreux départs de randonnées et autre activités sportives (VTT, parapente, escalade, canyon, spéléo,ski...) Spa privé en libre accès. Chauffé toute l'année à 37°. Poêle a bois avec bûches à disposition. A 10 min en voiture de la petite station familiale du col de Marcieu. 40 min des 7 Laux.

The Tiny House faces Lake Bourget on one side and the Massif des Bauges on the other. Kitchen stay with a sleeping area and bathroom. Cocooning, convenient and functional, this "mini house" is ideal for a couple. While passing through or for a week, everything is included for a pleasant stay between lake and mountain! The glass doors give the impression of being as close as possible to nature and the terrace will be the best place for an evening at the edge of the hot tub.

Wooden Tinyhouse, everything was handmade, from the structure to the furniture, with lots of reclaimed materials. Charming, sublime views of the mountains, in a field, with a large sofa,desk, large kitchen, bathroom, mezzanine with a bed and net to go to the terrace, on the roof of the house. Unusual stay in a trailer for your stays whether long or short term. Authentic wooden trailer, air-conditioned, with all modern comforts. In a green and quiet setting, you can enjoy the 3-seater hot tub throughout the year after your visit to the very touristy and lively city of Annecy, or after your multiple activities that the region offers. PLEASE NOTE: the sofa is 120 cm wide. It is more suitable for children or an adult.
