Upper Old Oaks Bungalow 15 min to Clearwater Beach

NOTE: There might still be some hurricane debris in the neighborhood. We lost two big trees in the backyard so the paving walkway is a little out of sorts & the train track in the back is visible. Apartment is newly remodeled with a standing shower. New photos soon! You're renting half of a duplex. You will be staying upstairs. Downstairs is also being rented through Airbnb. We are less than 5miles from Clearwater Beach & 5.5 miles to Indian Rocks Beach. Less than 5min to either Walmart/Publix.

Walk or jog throughout the neighborhood, to Coachman Park, downtown, or over the bridge leading to Clearwater Beach. Two bicycles are usually available for guests. We are in close proximity to restaurants & cafes. Many of our guests attend concerts at The Sound at Coachman Park and shows at the Capitol Theatre. Animals are not permitted

We have a beautiful pond in the back. Perfect for you to relax and BBQ while enjoying our wonderful Florida weather.
