The room is located in a city villa, about 10 kilometers from the city center. With the S-Bahn (line S2 or S8) or the bus (line 150, 154 or 158) you are in about 25 minutes in the city center. I rent a large room with a double bed, as well as a separate bathroom. The villa is located in a quiet residential area and you can, after enjoying the hectic city life, relax in my garden.Two bicycles are at your disposal

Unser Schwedenholzhaus ist das Richtige für dich, wenn du Ruhe und Natur und großzügiges Wohnen in Stadtnähe suchst. Die S-Bahn (Linie 8 Mühlenbeck-Mönchmühle) ist in 15 Geh- und 5 Fahrradminuten erreichbar und bringt dich in 20 Minuten in den Prenzlauer Berg, mit einmal Umsteigen in 30 Minuten nach Berlin Mitte. Ich vermiete zwei Zimmer (siehe Fotos "Bambo-Room" & "Smaragd-Room"), die jeweils 16qm groß sind.

Our house is located on the outskirts of Berlin in Kleinmachnow. The location in southwestern Berlin offers the opportunity to drive very quickly both towards Potsdam and Berlin. If you are traveling by public transport, you can reach Zehlendorf in 10 minutes by bus line 623 and from there you have the opportunity to continue to Potsdam, Wannsee or just to Berlin.

A spacious garden with a terrace and seating as well as a prepared grill invite you to relaxed evenings. Our villa is in the south of Berlin - ideally located to discover Berlin and Potsdam, while offering the opportunity to escape the big city noise, rest in the garden or relax at the Schlachtensee.
