Great location and big new modern house. Right on the water, shopping, and culture. Perfect to gather the family or for the summer holidays in Denmark. The house has 6 rooms, 3 bathrooms, 1 large and spacious living room with kitchen and sofa group, pier and 1 smaller living room in the loft. It has 1 large terrace overlooking the sea as well as 4 smaller terraces. There's a huge patio with a covered patio and gas grill for late nights. There's also a petanque court and a trampoline for kids.

In Odder, which is 5 km away, there is a large variety of shopping. The beach can be reached in only a few minutes walk. (300 m)

Nice house with an undisturbed backyard 50 m from a great sandy beach. The house contains a room with a double bed, a room with 3 bunk beds and a loft. Nice living room/kitchen/family room with brand new furniture, new stove, espressomachine and new refrigerator. Table tennis, darts, large barbecue and good garden furniture. The beach has a "Blue Flag". Access to Viaplay, HBO, Netflix, Disney + free wifi. Electricity is settled upon departure. With normal use max 15 Euro/week.

Breathtaking beach house

- beach house - this is for guests who want a few meters to sand and water - high-end summer house - excellent walking and hiking trails - exceptional view, location - two paddle boards free to be used - space for 8 people to sleep. In the main house there are two bedrooms each with space for 2 people. In the annex there is space for 4 people. - the annex is hearted by an electric heating machine in the winter.

Lovely cottage v good beach

This cosy holiday home is located on Nordfyn only 25 min drive from Odense, and has a lovely swimming beach 100m from the house. It is child-friendly, and in a quiet neighborhood with lovely scenery for activities or walks. The house is continuously renovated and can be used all year round. A lovely place in the middle of Denmark.
