Ideally located in the heart of the Fouesnantais country "the Breton Riviera", between Bénodet and Fouesnant, 300 m from the Odet golf course and its peaceful woods, 5 min from the coast, the GR34 and superb beaches. Shops, services and hypermarkets at 5 min. Quimper at 15 min.

This apartment is my driving school office, ideal to receive a single person or a COUPLE. There is an independent entrance, a parking space in front. There is an office, a small kitchen, a bathroom and a large bedroom of 27 m2. There is a new sofa bed (double, 130cm) plus another less recent. Attention!!! The house is located at 37 TER rue de Tal Ar Groas and not at 37. Sheet and linen, wifi, capsules for senseo provided. Welcome!!

Chalet close to the ocean..

My place is close to the beach, in a quiet environment with friendly and friendly neighbors. You will love the place for the outdoor areas and the partly covered and south-facing terrace. My adorable cats Pipibou and Spooky will keep you company:-), they are self-sufficient with their pet but if you are allergic or you do not like animals, my place is not for you! Because they will inevitably come to cuddle you;-)
