PLEASE KEEP YOUR PETS OFF OF THE FURNITURE. If you are bringing your dog, we ask for an additional $50 cleaning fee to help us offset the cost of cleaning up the extra hair and dirt. Even with the dogs off of the furniture, their hair still finds its way everywhere, as you pet owners surely know!!

Mountain Views from the Hot Tub

Located in Hellgate Canyon, this area makes anyone respect the strength of Mother Nature. With mountains rising up into the sky and a river roaring down the canyon just across the street, this house is perfectly located for a nice vacation in Montana. Using vacation rentals to travel ourselves, we are surprised at the large disparity of amenities. We have 2 Smart TVs with Netflix, Hulu, Prime. There is a Hot Tub, Horseshoes, Fire Pit and any little thing you need should be found onsite.

You will have the guesthouse overlooking the Bitterroot Valley all to yourself. You will be less than 10 minutes from downtown Hamilton, river access is minutes away and less than an hour from Lost Trail Powder Mountain! There is a Tuft&Needle Queen bed to rest your head on, sofa, full bath, and full kitchen w/stove, oven, fridge, microwave, plates and utensils to cook your meals. We just had a rabbit move into our yard that we are quite attached to so dogs must be on leash!

The Poplar Cottage is perfectly nested between downtown Missoula & the “Rattlesnake" Neighborhood and recreation area. You'll be just a few mins walk from the University of Montana, Grizzly Stadium, & the Clark Fork River that runs through Missoula. Our favorite coffee shops in town are within walking distance. Tile hearth & small gas fireplace. Bathroom access is through the bedroom. There is NO yard with Airbnb rental.
