Here you live with the best south facing position with sun all day , pool (summer) and jacuzzi (winter) , large lawn on the sea plot with access to jetty, trampoline, boat for fishing, kayaks, etc. Secluded but only 20 minutes from Stockholm C where you can easily get by bus just a few minutes from the house. Close to Tyresta Nature Reserve!

Specifically designed to suit the couple with active interests who want a romantic retreat on one hand, only about 30 minutes from Stockholm. This is paradise for real! Borrow the SUP, hike along Värmdöleden or go to Strömma Canal and watch the boats pass by. Enjoy unparalleled lake views from both the hot tub and tea sofa and don't be surprised if a deer passes by. Since the host couple themselves sometimes recharge their batteries here, the kitchen is fully equipped and the decor chosen with the utmost care.

Brand new designer villa on private lake side property. You see the lake wherever you go. Small sandy beach (mixed small stones). You will feel like you are alone on the lake. No motorboats allowed. Only sound from birds and the wind. Shoppingcenter and foodcourt 10 minutes away. Central Stockholm 25 minutes. Everything for the kids; Trampoline, bicycles, kayaks, toys, cutlery.
