Magnificent house with spectacular views of the Atazar reservoir, comfortable house with two floors, 2 bedrooms upstairs and three downstairs. Rooms are opened according to the number of people, common areas are left available throughout the house. A bathroom and toilet downstairs and a bathroom upstairs. It cooks on both floors. Large terrace where you can enjoy the sunset and the starry sky and glazed porch overlooking the reservoir downstairs. We have installed a detachable pool for the summer.

UBICACION INMEJORABLE, en el casco historico de avila, calle peatonal, VuT silenciosa, en la misma Puerta del Alcazar, subida a la muralla, a muy muy pocos pasos de los monumentos mas interesantes a visitar en Avila y de las zonas ocio y restauracion mas frecuentadas. Alojamiento en edificio historico, desde su balcon casi tocaras la muralla. Equipada con todo tipo de comodidades para hacer de vuestra estancia inolvidable.
