Wonderful fully exterior apartment with fantastic ocean views, right on the beach and provided with an elevator. Located in a quiet area, but 5 minutes walk, from parks, restaurants, supermarkets and marina. It is very close to tourist areas such as the Island of Arousa 5 min., 10 min. from Vilagarcía de Arousa and Cambados, 25 min. from Sanxenxo and Vigo, 50 min. from Santiago de Compostela and O Grove. This house was a small factory of sardine salted in 1940, in which there were 6 2x2 meters in which the fish were introduced in brine for further placement and sale as herring. We have left a part of the glass floor to not lose sight of its essence. Duplex just above the sea, offers 6 beds of 90 with ocean views ideal for 2-4 adults and 2 children.
