Idyllic Svaneke house overlooking Vigehavn

Lovely half-timbered house, separated for a long time at Vigegården at Vigehavn in Svaneke. The house is a few minutes walk from Svaneke center and just a few steps from the cliff path and overlooks Vigehavn. The house contains three bedrooms, one of which is with two built-in junior beds - however, two single beds can easily be made instead. The house is in good condition and offers a kitchen-room, living room, bathroom and a private terrace to the south. There is good insulation, district heating and wood stove and is therefore rented throughout the year.

The house is 90 m2 in the middle of the Bornholm pine forest with about 10 minutes walk to the beach and sumptuous nature. Direct access to very large secluded partially covered terrace with awning with garden furniture, sun loungers and barbecue. The house contains living room with wood-burning stove, TV and fast wifi. Large dining table. Kitchen with everything to use. 1 large bathroom with shower, and a smaller bathroom with shower. 1 bedroom with double bed, 2 rooms with 2 single beds. It will be renovated on an ongoing basis.

Nice and modern apartment on the ground floor.

Centrally located by the city center near the forest and beach. In the apartment there is Wi-Fi (not quite stable) , TV, dishwasher and dryer. There is the possibility of borrowing a cot and high chair. Bed linen/towels are NOT included in the price, but it can be rented. Cleaning is not included, this can be purchased or done yourself (see other place under house manual). You can rent bedcover and towels. There is no cleaning incl. We can do it or you can do it your self. (look under house manual)

Dream location with indoor fireplace in Gudhjem

There are very few actual summerhouses in Gudhjem. Here is one - unique - both in style and location. The nordic/bohemian vibe is thoroughly implemented throughout the house. Everything from the bedroom with the pitoresque view upstairs to the kitchen/ livingroom area with the fireplace and the french door leading to the romantic small courtyard devided into tiny patios in different levels, to the lounge area with gasgrill amongst clematis on the surrounding stone fence, just screams hygge !

Amazing cottage just by the beach

New floors, kitchen, and furniture done in 2024. See newest photos. Our cozy house is located in a protected forest on Bornholm near Due Odde. The house is located 1 min. walk away from one of Denmark's best sand beaches, that you usually will have all to yourself. Grocery shopping is 6 minutes away. The area has beautiful nature trails, where you won’t meet many people. The home has 3 bedrooms, a conservatory, a bathroom and a big kitchen area. Besides that there is also a large terrace.

Beautiful Summercottage - close to the sea.

NB, important: In June, July and August, rental is primarily full weeks from saturday til saturday. In some cases we do from Sunday to Sunday. Beautiful vacation home (80 m2) located close (400 m.) to the wonderful beach, and only a few hundred meters from a cosy fishing village. New Kitchen (2022), spacious bright living room with fireplace. Theres is access from the living room to a lovely furnished terrace facing south. Fast WIFI(fiber). Linens, towels etc. must be brought.

Sea View House in Scenic Nature

Some of Denmark's most beautiful scenery lies around Vang. To the north Slotslyngen to the south the old quarry with mountain biking route, climbing and swimming on the sheltered beach. The whole area is hilly. Perfect place for hiking, biking and relaxing at the small cozy Vang seaport. In and around the harbor are fishing opportunities. Vang has a Café and the restaurant Le Port. In addition, there is the resident-run kiosk 'Bixen' with short opening hours during the season.

My place is good for couples and families (with kids). You can see a playground from the terrace in front of the house. There are 3 bedrooms for 6 people. There is a wood-burning stove. TV with Danish and German channels, fiber internet in the summer months Shared outdoor swimming pool during summer months Approx. 15/06 to 08/09 Volleyball court, petanque. small football field Approx. 350 meters to sandy beach. Annekset ligger i postnummer Gudhjem, med udsigt over marker, roligt og solfyldt med egen terrasse. Orangeri med køkken, ekstra brusebad og bål pladser deles med andre. Det er fredfyldt og smukt på sin helt egen unikke måde. 40 km2 med sovehems og brændeovn. Til dem der vil slappe af, nyde hinanden, og være midt i naturen mens de gør det. Dejligt og rummeligt sommerhus i Snogebæk beliggende 300 m fra havet. Huset ligger i gåafstand til en af Bornholms bedste badestrande og i hyggelige Snogebæk findes et udvalg spisesteder og små butikker. Huset er et charmerede gammelt bindingsværkshus på 140 kvm. Det indeholder stue, fire soveværelser, ekstra stue med sovesofa samt køkken og et badeværelse. Udenfor findes overdækket terrasse og stor græsplæne.
