Смарт квартира, которая находится в трех этажном доме в частном секторе. Рядом есть АТБ маркет, Епицентр, Столичный рынок, Метро, Сильпо, Билла,маленькие магазинчики. До аэропорта Жуляны 5 км, маршруткой 15 минут. Квартира удобно расположена для путешественников у которых длинная стыковка. До метро 2 километра или 30 минут неспешным шагом пройти через 3 красивых озера с уточками и черепахами, где можно вечером посидеть в ресторанчике, а утром позаниматься йогой или бегом, потом будет красивая церковь и ипподром, где можно полюбоваться и погладить лошадей и после этого вы сразу попадаете на станцию метро "Ипподром". Есть значительно ближе транспорт. Прямой троллейбус на жд вокзал и маршрутки в аэропорт Жуляны. Транспортная развязка хорошая. Во дворе есть мангал и можно сделать барбекю, но без шумных пьянок.

Wooden house, handmade, designed for 2-4 people, located next to the village of Osykovo, in the cottage town "SWISSTOWN", 23 km from KP on the Zhitomir highway. A closed-type town with fabulous nature (you can see on the town's website). In 5 minutes drive ostrich farm with restaurant and entertainment. The territory of the camp is guarded around the clock.
