Welcome to our charming cottage in Bortelid – the perfect destination for a relaxing and family friendly holiday. The cabin is spacious with 3 bedrooms (2 double beds, 1 bunk bed), 2 living areas, 2 bathrooms and sunny terrace. Cabin is in a great location for mountain hikes, with walking distance to swimming and fishing waters in summer, as well as an extensive trail network for cross country skiing and sledding slopes in winter. Preferably rent to families with children and a good adult who want a quiet weekend in the mountains.

Bring the whole family to our spacious and child-friendly cabin in the mountains in beautiful surroundings. Here there is plenty of room for play both outside and inside. Inside there are two living rooms with TV, four bedrooms and two bathrooms - one bathroom is brand new with both shower and bathtub. The cabin is located in a cabin area with a view to Brokke Alpine Centre. Brokke has a lot to offer in all seasons - now in summer there are several hiking opportunities, berry picking, swimming in the pools and activity park.

About the residence There are 11 beds and a travel cot (0-3 years) in the house. It is also possible to rent the annex for 500,- extra in total (fits 2 adults and max 2 children). Very special and completed log house in Setesdal style. The house has shoreline towards Otra and spectacular views towards Reiårsfossen which is close by. Make a nice dinner in the large kitchen in the house or see if the kids dare to bathe in the slightly cold river. Take the car up or down the Seat Valley and visit various action attractions or experience the view and silence up on the cheerleader. In the evening you can enjoy birds singing and sleep in built-in, rose-painted beds.

Forget your worries at this spacious and peaceful place. Private lawn and fire pit. Approximately 100-150 m from the house you have access to the swimming area, boat, volleyball court, playground and football field. Roller ski trail of 1 km and ski tracks of 2,3,5,10 and 25 km directly below the house. Joker, gas station and cafeteria with pub in walking distance. The place is about 20 -30 min from Dalen, Lårdal, Åmot, Rauland and Seljord.

If you are looking for a place to relax and enjoy yourself then this is the place. Pets are initially not allowed, but may be agreed directly with the owner. Rural, and super central to Evje city center. Child friendly with play hut, swing set, trampoline, ball bouncer. Large lawn for play. Hot tub and annex. Several seats outside and dining area right by the river edge. Several sup boards available and good swimming spots. Several spaces with fire pits available. Evje city center is 350 meters away. You are sheltered and feel the space is rural and for yourself.

The cabin is a short walk from the ski slope, hiking opportunities and swimming. And have all the amenities at home. It is as nice here in summer as winter and the areas nearby are some of the most beautiful Norway has to offer. All beds have good mattresses with a cover mattress. There are quality fireplaces and pillows for all the beds.
