Il est situé à 3mn à pieds de la rivière l'ardèche. My place is close to family-friendly activities. The house is perfect for couples, families (with children). There is the crocodile farm (5 km),the Château de Grignan(20 km),the Ardèche gorges (20 km), leisure base with its beach ( 2 km), water ski lift (5 km). Electric banne store with its remote control. Mosquito net at the window. swing , plastic hut, slide and an above ground pool.Private parking The neighborhood is very quiet so no party.
