For rent is the middle part of the house (as shown in the pictures) with one large kitchen-living room, two bathrooms, one separate toilet and four bedrooms over three floors. A balcony and a terrace with barbecue facilities are also included. If you book directly through Tom ät Hasenried7 de, you will save the 17% fees here. Welcome to the Appenzellerland, in the valley of the New Year's Eve castles, in Urnäsch, an old house with separate entrance, a beautiful seating area, directly at the Urnäsch (stream) and the post office car stop towards Schwägalp, the duplex apartment was renovated in the 70s, with a small kitchen and a spacious living room to linger, simple, quiet and cozy and to know well, my parents live in the other part of the house (own entrance), but this does not affect them.

Our Hüsli is surrounded by nature, quiet and on the Alpstein hiking trail In the garden, there is a cozy sitting lounge, a large fire pit and the garden shower for cooling off. The magnificent views and the alpine feeling can be enjoyed particularly well from the bench on the front courtyard. Inside it is nice and cozy, with tiled stove and wood stove, cozy living room and spacious dining table. Everything is fully furnished and ready for guests :)

There is no separate kitchen, so there is no cooking facilities, but there is a refrigerator, coffee maker, crockery and kettle. The apartment radiates a "feel-good character", the furnishings and the light are very coherent.
