Charming fishing lane in the heart of Österlen. Right in the fishing village of Brantevik, a stone's throw from the northern harbour with proximity to fantastic rock baths. The house of 120 m2 is on two floors with three bedrooms, a spacious kitchen, a large living room on the lower floor, bathroom and toilet as well as a living room. On the front of the house, facing the sea, there is a cozy patio and on the back, in the summer of 2021, a swimming pool and a paved patio have been completed. It also has an outdoor kitchen. The pool is open from June until mid-September.

Stay in rooms as part of a studio! Enjoy a special accommodation (but not for children under the age of 16) in a studio located in a separate house on the fair Österlen. Guests have access to their own bedroom, bathroom, dining table and fridge. A good breakfast is included in the price! The farm, built in 1890, is located by a small gravel road in a village about three kilometers from the sea and the fishing village Brantevik. In Brantevik there are restaurants, a small harbor with a fish shop, wonderful cliff baths and beautiful coastal walking paths.

The location of the house is great for bicycle rides and hiking along the coast. Rock baths, wonderful white beaches in the near. Three bicycles (as well as two for children) that can be borrowed free of charge. Our guesthouse is located in a village with several restaurants/cafes that are mainly open in summer summertime. You will like the small charming house because of the tranquility, the privacy of the garden and the proximity to the sea. The house is only about 150m from the beach. The listing is best suited for couples or the small family.
