Relax in this unique and quiet place near the forest park with excellent access to the city center. The apartment is located on the third floor of an apartment building - a new building with an elevator and free parking in the garage. It is fully equipped, with external blinds and air conditioning unit. From the terrace there is a beautiful view of the park and Bratislava. The availability of the place to the center is very good, 7min. to the bus stop with the possibility of multiple connections, or by taxi in 5min. You will feel at home in it.

In the living room is a pull-out table and a pull-out couch for two. In the bedroom is double bed. In the room is two beds. Excellent transport accessibility (center) by tram in 21min. Nearby there are groceries, restaurants, pharmacy. Possibility of parking in front of the house. Nearby is large shopping center Avion, Ikea, airport.

Tento moderný 40m² byt sa nachádza v komplexe Tri veže. Je len pár minút autom od centra mesta a v pešej vzdialenosti sa nachádzajú rôzne športoviská, nákupné centrum Vivo ale aj jazero Kuchajda. V apartmáne je pohodlná king-size posteľ zabezpečujúca maximálny komfort počas spánku. Samozrejmosťou je aj kuchyňa, v ktorej si uvaríte ako doma. Kúpeľňa je vybavená vaňou, WC, práčkou ale aj napríklad fénom. Taktiež si užite pohodlie rýchlej Wi-Fi, smart televízor a okná orientované do tichej štvrte.
