We are only metres away from the water, The Salutation Inn, local pubs & shops. The Exmouth Walking trail is all outside the front door. Or, just enjoy the free-standing bath or an evening BBQ, with Topsham's many independent little shops a few metres away. Note; has steep stairs.

The house is family-friendly, dog friendly and great for friends to get together, but please no loud parties.

With underfloor heating, large sofa's & kitchen /breakfast area it has everything you want for a short or long stay! Separate entrance also makes it private so you can come and go as you wish. Beachside Retreat

Beachside Retreat is a two bedroom ground floor apartment located just across the street from West Bay's East Beach. The apartment is a two minute walk from the working harbour and all it has to offer. West Bay is famous for being a part of the Jurassic Coast, Chesil Beach and being the filming location for several well known TV shows, most recently Broadchurch.
