Wir heißen euch herzlich in unserem alten niedersächsischen Hallenhaus Willkommen. Wir vermieten 2 Ferienwohnungen in unserem wunderschönen komple sanierten Bauernhaus. Wenn du Lust hast, auf eine sehr individuelle Ferienwohnung, in der alles Neu ist, bist du hier genau richtig. Der Garten ist leider noch nicht ganz fertig. Bitte bedenkt das in der Ferienwohnung ein 160 cm Bett und ein Schlafsofa mit 140x180 cm ist. Bequem ist die Wohnung also für 2 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder zu bewohnen.

Welcome to our holiday apartment. The apartment of 42 m² is located in a play street in our private garden. Due to the location between Bremen and Oldenburg you will find all tourist highlights on short distances, even the universities are within easy reach. The location is ideal if you are working in the north-west of Germany or are temporarily working at one of the two universities. The apartment is unfortunately not barrier-free. Unfortunately, we cannot allow celebrations.

Small, idyllically located half-timbered house in the countryside on a park-like property. Cozy living room with open kitchen and small separate bathroom with shower and toilet on the ground floor. Sleeping area (large double bed) on the upper floor with slopes to reach via small stairs. About 2 km from the center and only 200 m to take long walks in the countryside or forest. Bus and train station in about 800 m distance to visit Bremen (20 min.) or Worpswede (20 min.)

Shopping of all kinds is in the center of Beverstedt (4 km). WiFi, parking spaces and sunny terrace are free of charge.

The neighboring apartment, Has a kitchen with everything you need: coffee maker, oven, integrated induction field, fridge-freezer, microwave as well as a toaster. The apartment has an open plan living and dining area. The living room is equipped with a 50-inch TV that receives all common channels, the sofa can be converted into a sofa bed. The bathroom has been modernized and has a large rain shower. Upstairs is the sleeping area.

The cottage is located next to the main house and is a separate, self-contained housing unit. The decor is harmonious and cozy. Both in the living room and in the bedroom, doors lead outside into the gardens. Sufficient seating also invites you to linger and relax there. There are 2 televisions as well as a CD stereo. The kitchen is fully equipped. Bed linen and towels are provided. We clean according to Covid specifications.

Parking is available on the property and sufficient in front of the house.
