The perfect place to stay in North Atlanta. A completely detached, private apartment with everything you need to feel like you’re right at home. Spread out on a comfy L-shaped sectional sofa in the living room. There’s a neat and tidy aspect to the interior, with its little wall mottos of goodwill, subtle lighting and rustic full kitchen. Find yourself just minutes from North Point Mall with its dine-in movie theater and less than a mile from the Big Creek Greenway. The Ameris Amphitheater is just 7 minutes away. Downtown Alpharetta and the Avalon are each 10 minutes away. Set on a private lot surrounded by trees, the apartment is situated in a quiet neighborhood. The hosts' residence sits away from the road, which adds privacy and seclusion to the address. It's under 2 miles to North Point Mall and beyond. Property is not located near public transportation. Once you locate our driveway, proceed down the driveway hill and park in front of the garage next to the stairs. The garage door is an ultra quiet model and we only ever access it from 8:00 am to 8:00 pm.

You can easily head in all directions around town from this highly desirable Atlanta suburb of Brookhaven. The In-law suite is brand new and immaculate, and feels like a high end hotel yet with the comforts of home. Beautiful hardwood floors throughout with open floor plan. Enjoy the lovely kitchen with granite counters and stainless steel appliances. Sip coffee and/or cook a meal – kitchen is yours to command. It’s open to living room area with large screen TV. Couch folds out to sleep 1. Large bathroom has beautiful tiled floor and huge custom shower! Separate bedroom comes with queen bed and a closet the size of a small room! It has room to store plenty of luggage – don’t worry about overpacking. Unit sleeps 3 total and is attached to a home yet completely private. There’s a separate entrance and plenty of street parking. Enjoy all the comforts of home in a lovely, serene setting with plenty of urban options just minutes away.

Old house renovated in modern style. 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. Absolute privacy. No shared space. 70 inch Smart TV with ESPN+, YouTube and Netflix. Additional 42 inch TV with Netflix. Front load Samsung washer and dryer. 2 miles from Dunwoody Village, 3 miles from Mercedes Benz Headquarters. Very close to Dunwoody Country Club. 3 miles from Perimeter Mall Unfortunately, no parties, no events. I am highly allergic to pets. There is central air conditioning. So no pets or service animals accepted.
