It feels like you are in the country but only minutes from town, the Arkansas River, and trails. A great place to stay while whitewater rafting the Royal Gorge, mtn biking, climbing, or just want to take in a meal downtown and relax on the private deck. The studio offers a queen size bed and a small couch that folds out into a bed.

Very cute guest house with private entrance, and it's own bathroom. It's located in a peaceful courtyard. Sleeps 4 adults, one queen size bed in bedroom, and a brand new sleeper sofa in main living area. Central Air, Wifi, Smart TV (log into your own streaming accounts), expandable table and kitchenette, microwave, Keurig coffee maker and small fridge. This does not have a stove. This is a brand new remodel! Very clean!
