There's Wi-Fi, in-floor heating, wheelchair accessibility, queen-size bed with freshly ironed pillowcases, Keurig, small frig, microwave, tv, enough off-street parking for two cars and a trailer, private bath. The hot tub is for your private use. A third person can be accommodated with an inflatable bed and extra $20 charge

This lock-off suite is a great space for your mountain getaway! You'll have your own private entrance (up a flight of stairs on the back of the private residence) & a keycode door. Once inside, you'll enjoy a spacious 1 BR/1BA suite, including a living space appointed with table, sleeper sofa, & kitchenette. Walk right out the door to public trails-just steps from the Arkansas River, a very short walk to the South Main development, & walkable to Main St. This space has it all! (except a TV :))

Visit nearby Mt Princeton and Cottonwood Hot Springs, Collegiate and Buffalo Peaks Wilderness area and Twin Lakes. BV is an adventurers paradise with miles and miles of river to explore, hiking and biking trails and 4 wheel drive roads to beautiful vistas and ghost towns. It shouldn't be legal to have this much fun!

This 1-bedroom, 1-bath home is just one block south of Main Street and a few blocks west of the Arkansas River. The bungalow has just the basics for those looking to unplug for a bit. This affordable option was originally built as railroad worker housing, and I bought it as a raft guide/teacher over 15 years ago, and used it as my first home and base for adventure. Now I love sharing it with others. Rustic and affordable- for those who don't need fancy, but like being close to town

It is a ten to 20 minute walk to downtown, depending on what part of town you are headed for. Our location is within easy driving distance to both Cottonwood and Mt. Princeton Hot Springs. Please note that the rate quoted is for 3 adults, or 2 adults and 1-2 children. Lots of privacy with self checkin via a separate entrance.
