The property is nestled beneath Wedding Cake mountain and is set on 173 acres of pasture,and forest with a creek and a large lawn area. It is just 4.2km from the village of Berry and is close to bush walking trails, wineries, and beaches. The home is perfect for one or two families who want to enjoy Berry and be in a peaceful country setting. Being a farmstay, there are friendly farm animals too. (No large parties)

The house three bedrooms, operational fireplace renovated full kitchen and bathroom with a bath. Whilst being on a large parcel of land that is leased to a food producer (with a dedication to maintaining natural habitat) the house is on a small parcel of land that is easily accessible and street front in a lovely quiet neighbourhood. This Cottage is a fantastically newly renovated period home over 170 years old. The home has maintained timber floorboards and lining boards. Modern kitchen, bathroom and laundry. The Cottage is only 50 metres to some of Kiama's best cafe's and Restaurants. The Cottage is fully fenced and secure.

Friendly local hosts who are happy to recommend attractions including beaches, wineries, restaurants and the amazing new Boongaree Rotary Nature Park.
