Newly renovated, fully equipped and quite stylish apartment is located in the picturesque village center of Hard, just a few steps from the lake promenade and has his own parking space. The apartment is tucked away in a very quiet cul-de-sac facing a beautiful garden. At the lake promenade you will find boat rentals, cafes, mini golf courses as well as several nice spots for swimming. If you prefer more quiet and secluded walks by the lake, just head over to Grüner Damm.

Quite small is the cozy accommodation in the caravan for a short break, kitchen incl. Coffee maker, mini terrace; toilet & small sink just across the street from the place, NO SHOWER right on the caravan. Shower 1 minute walk away. There is no active water connection in the caravan itself! Pay attention to alternative sleeping options at Minus Degrees! 8 km to Kempten, various On-site activities, coaching, horse riding, indoor soccer, bakery & Edeka right in town

The smart family flat is bright and friendly and has a big and sunny balcony. The location is ideal, as it is only a few minutes by car to the centre of Kempten, and you can also quickly reach the motorway and the lakes, hiking trails or ski areas. Shopping facilities and a bakery are on site.

From the round window you have a magnificent view into the garden of a historic, former schoolhouse, whose house-in-house loft apartment is also rented via airbnb (see separate airbnb listing). You can relax wonderfully on the wooden and stone terrace in front of the cube and have breakfast with birdsong in the morning sun. Wonderful!
