Life in nature can hardly be more beautiful. Since 2020 New and almost finished you can switch off nicely and enjoy nature - it is quite active here. Whether strolling through the meadow, sitting on the pallet furniture outside or letting your soul dangle. Non-smoking house JACUZZI from Nov. - March not usable !

This little gem is surrounded by beautiful nature with hills, rocks and rivers. In a very quiet location with separate entrance and private staircase. From the covered sitting area, there is a view of meadows and fields. Artistically designed and lovingly decorated down to the last detail. At the gates of Regensburg with train station and highway connection to Munich, Nuremberg, Bavarian Forest and Czech Republic. Hiking, climbing, boating and biking right from the front door.

Live in a green and quiet area for holidays called "Regensburger Land" just 10 km far from the world heritage city of Regensburg. You will find a 65 m² flat plus 20 m² terrace, sunny and clean in mediteranean style. Our guests are happy with the full furnished (we prefer natural wood) and fully equipped apartement that is able to serve for up to 4 peoble.
