We have adapted the laundry room to provide our guests with a convenient area to make meals. We are situated across the street from a park with a playground and tennis courts. We are close to 17th ave, downtown, Marda Loop shopping/restaurant area, transit and fairly close to the stampede grounds.

This is a basement suite NO PARTIES, I live upstairs. My home is on a very quiet tree-lined street, with easy access to the Trans-Canada Hwy or Deerfoot trail (QE2) which gets you to the airport. You have your own private entrance leading down to a basement suite. The space is very generous, with lots of room to spread out your rock climbing gear or whatever adventure you’re up to in the mountains.
