This Villa is in the best position just 1 minutes walk to the beachfront, bars and restaurants. We have off street parking for 2 cars. Fabulous mountain views of Lions Head mountain. The exclusive property features an outdoor pool, jacuzzi and a gym, breathtaking ocean everview, chef grade kitchen, a private sauna and a beautiful garden. The property consists of a main villa with 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms (3 ensuite) and a separate cottage with one bedroom and one bathroom, which can only be booked together (1200m2 plot). The housekeeper cleans the house and makes the beds from Monday - Friday. For power outages we have a backup system with Tesla batteries
