Our spacious beach house can accomodate a wide range of guests, from a couple's getaway to a family escape, and everything in between. Sit back and relax, enjoy the view of the water through the treetops, whilst enjoying the many attractions that Phillip Island has to offer. Small pets are welcome, preferably non shedding. The back yard is securely fenced, but not the front area. Pets are not allowed on the furniture.

Our home is child and pet friendly, securely fenced and only a very short walking distance, (less than 5 minutes), to the beach, cinema, supermarket, cafes and Rosebud pub. . An additional living area at the back, has a second TV, a couch and bar fridge. The second bedroom is large and the queen bed can be curtained off from the bunks. Wifi, and FREE NETFLIX are available. Spacious shower, separate toilet. Baby high chair and we have a portacot. Air conditioned and with ceiling fans.
