It is a small 1 bedroom house, but in the living room there are 2 sofa beds. Since the weather here is usually beautiful, you often stay outdoors. There are no neighbours across the street and behind the house. To the left and right of the house, the neighbors are not always present. That means smaller parties are possible in a private atmosphere.
