Our cottage is located directly on the lakeside, consists of 3 apartments and 2 add. rooms to rent (i.e. for children). The spacious lakefront property is a place of adventure and relaxation as well as an oasis for swimming, sunbathing and simply unwind - the contrast to crowded lakes. House and garden are well secured and only separated by an access road. Additionally: steam bath, playground, barbecue, fire pit, picnic tables, 2 rowing boats, washing machine, dryer and rooms with terraces.

Einfach auspannen und erholen, von hier aus Ihre Aktivitäten starten – oder beides kombinieren und einen abwechslungsreichen Tag am eigenen Strand am Badesee (ca. 220 m ) ausklingen lassen. Unsere drei Wohnungen eignen sich ausgezeichnet als zentraler Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen in den Karawanken oder Radtouren am Drauradweg. Zum Spazieren, Flanieren, Wohlfühlen und Entspannen erreicht man in max. 30 Min. alle bekannten Orte am Wörthersee wie zB Velden, Reifnitz, Pyramidenkogel etc.

Unser 2023 saniertes Ferienapartment eignet sich hervorragend für Paare und Familien mit zwei Kindern. Es befindet sich in einer ruhigen Apartmentanlage in Sattendorf. Zur Anlage gehört ein eigener Seezugang mit großzügiger Liegefläche, Umkleiden, Duschen und WCs. Zur freien Nutzung ist ein Paddelboot für 2 Personen vorhanden. Das Apartment verfügt über eine vollständig eingerichtete Küche, Wohn- und Essbereich mit Balkon, ein Schlafzimmer (4 Personen), Foyer und Bad mit Dusche.

100 m² Apartment with private beach

Die 100 m² große Ferienwohnung mit Holzfußböden befindet sich im 1. Stock des Haupthauses. Aufgrund drei getrennter Schlafzimmer ist sie ideal für einen Groß- oder Mehrfamilienaufenthalt (bis 8 Personen). *** Privater Seezugang am Faaker See *** Wir gehören zu den wenigen Privatvermietern am Faaker See, die den angenehmen Luxus eines Privatstrandes bieten können. Zur Wohnung gehört außerdem eine eigene Badekabine mit Sonnenschirmen und Sonnenliegen.

New bungalow at privat beach (6-8 pers.)

Bed linen and kitchen towels and towels are provided. (Not to be used outdoors or for thermal baths). You must bring your own beach towels. Minimum bookable from 4 nights. Washing machine is not available in bungalows but there is a washing machine on request to be used for a fee. Due to several vandalisms, we are forced to ask for a deposit of € 250 on arrival.

Apartment on the first floor (97)

Our lake apartments ranging in size from 45 m² to 100 m² all have direct access to the lake. Each apartment has a terrace or balcony from where you can enjoy the lake. Directly in front of it is our private beach with jetty, where cozy garden loungers and parasols invite you to relax.

The spacious apartment is located directly opposite a public lake access and the local beach. Supermarket, café, restaurant all within walking distance. The apartment has a large bedroom and a conservatory-like anteroom.
