Todd Place 5 Family friendly, two bedroom unit.

We are yet to renovate this ol' gal like her sister unit next door, also in the set of six units. We've given her a bit of a 'dressing up' and are looking forward to fixing up some of her more 'quirky' attributes next year in the renovation. Our favourite is the all-in-one bathroom/laundry with entry to toilet and exit to outside. We've priced this unit accordingly and made it as comfortable as possible for five to sleep.
