NO EXTRA COSTS The studio is attached to our residence, accessed by its own private entrance Brand new , modern decor , lounge area, queen bed , ensuite with super deep bath tub. The space has a mini fridge, microwave, tea, coffee, milk, jug ,cutlery, and crockery. There are no cooking facilities. You will be staying in a quiet residential subdivision, approximately 8-10 minute drive from the centre of town. 1 minute walk is a cafe/restaurant and garden bar and a well stocked grocery shop.

All the benefits of being rural but only 2 minutes by car to Mosgiel New World and shops. 15 minutes drive to Dunedin airport Or Dunedin city. No street noise so a very peaceful place to stay. You have your own living space, bedroom, bathroom, car park and patio to relax outside. Sofa bed in the living area sleeps two. Great place to enjoy the stars at night with no street lights. Relaxing rooms, private entrance, comfortable queen bed, alongside a lounge area and private bathroom. The rooms are attached to the main house. "Little Pos" our tabby cat lives on the property. She does not have access to your rooms. Note that cooking facilities are not available in the quest suite. Your private lounge is equipped with a kettle, toaster, microwave and a small fridge for your convenience. Near the rail trail, close to cafes and supermarkets. No bikes inside rooms.

A well appointed studio room with a private entrance and sweeping views of the mountains. The studio contains a queen bed, private ensuite, outdoor patio, and garden area. There are coffee and tea making facilities, but the room does not have a kitchen or fridge. Nestled in the suburb of Albert Town, you are within walking distance of the local patisserie, local shops, a pub, the river, walking trails and just a 10min drive from central Wanaka.

Amazing location so close to town with the best views of the lake. The en-suited rooms have comfortable Queen Beds with electric blankets. The hotel-style rooms have hot drink making facilities and TV's with Freeview and are also enabled for Netflix if you have your own account. There is no access to a kitchen nor any cooking facilities and no laundry. There is a laundromat nearby.
