Enjoy the most cosmopolitan and vibrant square in Madrid from your own balcony, without the inconvenience of its cheerful hustle and bustle thanks to its soundproofed windows, being able to also enjoy the peace of a quiet interior bedroom. The apartment is in the true heart of Madrid, a few meters from the Plaza Mayor and the Puerta del Sol, and a short distance from Gran Vía. Also close to the Atocha bird station, it is surrounded by three nearby metro stops: "Sol", "Sevilla" and "Antón Martín". Connected to the rest of Madrid with most of the city's bus lines. Unbeatable location to move to any point of the capital or the airport. The apartment has a double bed in the master bedroom a comfortable single extra bed (80x2.00) in the living room and, on request of guests, a crib-park for children under 3-4 years. Acceso a terraza con vistas a la catedral e iglesias del Madrid histórico, con mesa para 4 personas. The apartment is situated on the top floor of a renovated traditional building with lift. There are two main double rooms and capacity for 6 people using the sofa bed in the living room. The main bedroom has an en-suite bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped and the entire apartment has been decorated by a designer making your home in Madrid. Amenities: TV, Wifi , Central Heating, Air Conditioning in living room, Fridge, Dishwasher, Microwave , Owen and Washing machine We will arrange the check in time depending on your arrival time. It is normally from 3pm but we will do our best to have the apartment ready for you ASAP. Anything you need during your stay, feel free to contact us! The Latina is one of the city's most atmospheric neighbourhoods in the centre of Madrid. There are quite a few nightlife spots, though the area is best known as having the best concentrations of tapas bars. Sometimes referred to as El Madrid de los Austrias, La Latina occupies the oldest area in Madrid, the Islamic citadel inside the city walls, which maintains a peculiar urban layout similar to the medieval distribution with narrow streets and large squares. Ideally located for public transport. Many transport services are a few minutes walking (metro, bus, taxi, bicycle for rent (Bicimad), rental car). Also there is a parking very close in Plaza de la Cebada for those who brings their own car. The main bedroom is on the second floor, which it has total independency.

“Vine” apartment is located in Madrid center, off Gran Via, on a quiet street in a new building with elevator. It is nature-inspired, bright & modern, has WiFi, is fully equipped and is very close to restaurants, tapas, the Metro, shops & galleries. Best for a single, couples or couples with a kid! Pets are invited happily!!! The apartment is located in a new buliding, with an elevator! It is modern designed, with lots of greenery, themed to its name, Vine. A huge window along the length of the whole apartment overlooks a beautiful private garden. The apartment consists of a bedroom with a double bed, a living area with a single pull-out sofa, kitchen and bathroom. It has WiFi and is fully equipped, including a washing machine, TV, air conditioning, and Nespresso coffee maker - all just ready for your comfort and enjoyment! The apartment is a studio open space apartment - and it's all yours to enjoy! There are no areas in the apartment that you cannot use or access! We love hosting, but also respect our guests' privacy! We are here for you as much as you would like! Located just off Gran Via in lively buzzing Malasana neighborhood with its great range of authentic cafes, tapas & bars. Huge Zara Primark & Mango are minutes away. Best Madrid sites like Royal Palace, Puerta del Sol & Museums are in walking distance The Central Metro Station Gran Via is a 2 minute walk from the apartment. From there you can take the metro to anywhere you want in Madrid and also to all the train stations that will take you out of Madrid to the rest of Spain. If you come by car, a big parking lot is located at Barco 1, Madrid, just a minute from the apartment. There is also a bicycle-rental station close by. A hosting kit of water, soda, milk, coffee, tea and sweetners will be waiting to welcome you :-)

Lovely studio view Plaza Mayor

With its cozy interior, this studio is enough to make you feel right at home. Being close to the noteworthy sights makes it easy to see the centre of Madrid in a short period of time. The studio isn't the biggest but for a couple visiting for a few days it is more than enough. The only thing that has to be noted is that the bedroom is accessed by a ladder.
