Pure relaxation on the pulse of Berlin. For many years we have enjoyed living on the water and it has always been our desire to bring this lifestyle closer to others. This thought came up with the idea of realizing this boat project. Our lovingly modernized ferry ship Bj. 1925 is located close to the city right in front of the Rummelsburger Bay. Here you can get to know a special combination of nature and urbanity from the water all year round and take a break from everyday life.

Welcome to the heart of Berlin. The renovated apartment is located in the popular Kreuzkölln, right next to the Maybachufer. Cafes, restaurants and bars in the Wrangelkiez are just minutes away and in the adjacent park you can take a leisurely break from everyday life. Due to the excellent location, the bus and U Bhf Schönleinstr. or Kottbusser Tor are within walking distance in 3 minutes and there is public parking right in front of the house and on the Landwehr Canal.

Lakefront bungalow 2

Fully renovated bungalow right on the water and just 30 minutes from the center of Berlin. From the living room with open kitchen you have a great water view. There is also a cozy double bedroom and a beautiful terrace with a beach chair for romantic hours right on the water. There are sunbeds, barbecue and rowing boat on request. The bathroom and shower are located outside the bungalow and are shared with other guests of the marina.

Vacation home in the countryside

Our holiday apartment is located in the idyllic Dahme Lakes area in a quiet, natural location between forest and water. Many excursions are within easy reach. (forest hikes, natural swimming beaches, fishing trips, excursions to the Spreewald, Tropical Island and the City of Berlin) Shopping, bakeries, restaurants, hairdresser, doctor, pharmacy within walking distance. The motorway connection (A10 / A12) is about 10 minutes away.

BlackBoxBerlin TownHouse with view & roof terrace

The calm and decent located spacious TownHouse with 180sqm has three bedrooms with 20-25sqm. The 35sqm roof top terrace invites you to chill with an extraordinary view over the Rummelsburger lake. The outside and entrance area of the property is equipped with a surveillance system camera. The maximum capacity of guests is limited to 6 persons. After the 2nd person there is an additional fee of 39€ per person and per night.

120 sqm2 penthouse/attic apartment + sauna + fireplace

This wonderful new 120 sqm attic/penthouse apartment with a sauna is in Viktoriakiez (quiet location) - 2 minutes walk to S-Bahn station Nöldnerplatz and 5 min walk to Rummelsburger Bucht am Wasser. The apartment is 1 S-Bahn stop from the trendy Ostkreuz and 2 stops from Warschauer Strasse. PS: I own an original 5 meter Riva boat from Italy. Thus, a private boat tour through Berlin can be booked at any time with me.

Villa Chicken

The apartment in a separate house offers sleeping accommodation for 3 people, cosiness and leisure for enjoyable meals in a kitchen with a view of the outdoors, plenty of peace and quiet and small seating in the covered entrance area. The shower and toilet are provided. Bikes can be rented in the nearby store. Villa Hühnchen is a summer house - so is not for rent in the winter months. We live in the front house.

The high-quality and tastefully furnished holiday apartment in Rummelsburg is at the same time quiet, central and conveniently located. It has 2 bright bedrooms with 2 single beds each that combine to make double beds, a modern bathroom and a spacious and well equipped kitchen. Free parking is always easy to find. For infants there is a high chair and a travel cot available (please bring blankets and pillows).
